Recover from alcohol or benzodiazepine dependence with structured outpatient detox designed to support safety, comfort, and long-term stability.

Outpatient detox is a medically supervised process that helps individuals safely reduce or stop alcohol or benzodiazepine use without requiring inpatient hospitalization.
Care is provided in a structured outpatient setting with ongoing clinical monitoring and support.

We begin with a warm conversation about your symptoms, experiences, and goals to determine what treatment is right for you.
We review your medical history, previous medications, and emotional needs to create a safe and effective treatment plan.
Your dosing schedule is tailored to you. Treatments take place in a calming environment where you can relax and feel supported.
We walk beside you throughout your treatment series — monitoring your progress, adjusting your plan, and celebrating each milestone.
We understand that every individual’s journey is unique, and we’re here to provide personalized care and support.

Yes — schedules are designed to allow flexibility.
IOP provides multiple sessions per week with structured support.
IOP can support individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, mood instability, and emotional regulation challenges.
No referral is required. We begin with an intake assessment to determine if IOP is the right fit for you.
If needed, we can help coordinate a higher level of care, such as a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), to ensure you get the right support.
Not always. Medication is offered when clinically appropriate, but treatment plans are personalized to your needs.
You’ll transition to a lower level of care, such as weekly therapy or medication management, with a clear ongoing plan.

No. Most patients follow a gradual tapering plan supervised by a medical provider to reduce withdrawal risks.
Symptoms may include anxiety, irritability, insomnia, tremors, and in some cases more serious complications. That’s why medical supervision is important.
If appropriate, your provider may use medications to support tapering and manage withdrawal symptoms safely.
After detox, patients may continue with therapy, psychiatry, or structured programs like IOP for ongoing recovery support.
