Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides focused, evidence-based care for individuals who need more support than weekly therapy — without full hospitalization.
Anxiety or depression feels overwhelming
Emotions are difficult to manage day-to-day
You’re struggling at work, school, or home
Weekly therapy doesn’t feel like enough
You want support, but not inpatient care

We provide structured, consistent care while allowing you to continue living at home.
Our approach integrates therapy, psychiatry, and skills-based treatments—including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)—to help you stabilize, build coping skills, and regain control.

We begin with a warm conversation about your symptoms, experiences, and goals to determine whether this treatment is right for you.
We review your medical history, previous medications, and emotional needs to create a safe and effective treatment plan.
Your dosing schedule is tailored to you. Treatments take place in a calming environment where you can relax and feel supported.
We walk beside you throughout your treatment series — monitoring your progress, adjusting your plan, and celebrating each milestone.
We understand that every individual’s journey is unique, and we’re here to provide personalized care and support.

Yes — schedules are designed to allow flexibility.
IOP provides multiple sessions per week with structured support.
IOP can support individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, mood instability, and emotional regulation challenges.
No referral is required. We begin with an intake assessment to determine if IOP is the right fit for you.
If needed, we can help coordinate a higher level of care, such as a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), to ensure you get the right support.
Not always. Medication is offered when clinically appropriate, but treatment plans are personalized to your needs.
You’ll transition to a lower level of care, such as weekly therapy or medication management, with a clear ongoing plan.
