Every new patient psychiatric evaluation is a full 60-minute physician appointment (coded as 99205 + 90838 for comprehensive high-complexity medical evaluation and 60-minute psychotherapy add-on) conducted directly by Dr. Gideon Matzkin, MD, ABPN.

BrainsWay Deep TMS is a non-invasive, drug-free electromagnetic therapy using cushioned H-Coil helmets (H1-Coil for MDD and Anxious Depression; H7-Coil for OCD) where you remain awake for 20-minute sessions and drive yourself immediately afterward. SPRAVATO (esketamine) is an FDA-approved NMDA receptor nasal spray administered in our REMS-certified suites for Treatment-Resistant Depression (TRD) and MDSI, requiring a 2-hour monitored observation period and an arranged ride home.

Never. Under our Referring Therapist Co-Management Guarantee, you continue seeing your current therapist for ongoing psychotherapy while Dr. Matzkin manages your interventional treatment or medication optimization and coordinates progress updates (with your written consent).
