3. Appointments, Cancellations & Financial Responsibility

Patients scheduling evaluations, medication management visits, BrainsWay Deep TMS™, Accelerated & Customized Deep TMS™, or SPRAVATO® treatments agree to abide by the scheduling, cancellation, and financial policies provided in the IntakeQ patient portal. Because SPRAVATO® and TMS sessions reserve dedicated clinical suites and nursing staff, timely notice is required for any schedule adjustments.
